Children of the Kolsch - Goose Island Brewery

This strawberry Kolsch is super heavy on the wheat flavor. Probably one of the wheatiest beer we have had on this show to date. Since that flavor can be strong for some it is balances with strawberry. The strawberry equates to more of a general sweetness to us as opposed to distinct strawberry flavor. Good beer. We liked it a lot. It's a tap room exclusive so check it out if you're ever in Chicago IL.
