Hop Revolver IPA (Nelson Sauvin) - Stone Brewing

This is an interesting line of IPA's where Stone Brewing takes a single type of hop and uses exclusively that to make the beer. In this edition it utilizes the Nelson Sauvin hop. This will possibly be one the most hop forward beers that you will ever have. It is very in your face and unapologetically strong. At the same time it finishes very smooth which is very tough to do when you're working with the extremes that this beer uses. If you're not ready, that first taste might be a little rough but by the time we finished this beer we were really liking it all around the Table.
