Night Owl - Elysian Brewing Company

This beer wasn't so great for us. While the other Elysian pumpkin beers had a strong Pumpkin Spice flavor (IE nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar) this beer come across as more of a pumpkin extract flavor. While pumpkin is an interesting flavor, we all agreed that there is a reason why it is often paired with variety of other spices. The pumpkin flavor translates into a bitterness and lacks the smoothness that the rest of the Pumpkin beer from Elysian's lineup have. This beer was ok. Some members of the Table thought it was ok, others disliked it
