Oatmeal Stout - Samuel Smith Old Brewery

Very light in terms of stouts. The body maintains that thickness that you would come to expect but the flavoring comes up a lot shorter than other beers of this type. Oatmeal notes are very very subtle. Not particularly creamy in terms of mouth feel. Some Lizards classified this as a "Basic-Bitch Stout." That sentiment wasn't shared across all members of the table but they all could see where he was coming from. Extrememly subtle toasty taste to it .
