Pale Dutch Boy - Windmill Brewing

We love the balances of flavors when it comes to this beer. It has a strong juicy flavor, that seems to be the trademark of Windmill Brewing, but more traditional hop bitterness is still very well represented. With a beautiful hazy color it is definitely an impressive beer. Somehow Windmill also manages a somewhat creamy mouthfeel which is a rarity in the thinner beers. We liked this beer quite a lot around the Table.
