Raspberry - Upland Brewing Co

Everything about this beer is top class. The presentation is amazing in the larger than normal bottle and the corked top. The color of the beer is a beautiful dark red that tells you what to expect. Serves with a very small head due to the rather aggressive carbonation. Flavor profile is more subtle than other raspberry sours, but they balance together in a pleasing way.  It has a moderately dry finish perhaps from the lambic acids in the brewing process or the maybe the carbonation. This beer was very well received around the Table and would definitely recommend
