Synchopathic - Destihl Brewery

This was a fairly unique and memorable beer in our eyes. While the sour flavor isn't as strong as other sours that we have had, the hop flavors have ample room to stretch their legs. This cocktail of hops combined with the sour notes produces a flavor that we thought tasted very reminiscent of apple. However, our opinions may may have been colored from our expectations going into the beer. All in all, it's a very good beer that was one of the favorites of the night for all members of the Table
