Pours with a huge white head. Seriously, if you are pouring this yourself then, take care and pour the beer correctly by tilting the glass at a 45 degree angle. It starts out with a somewhat generic IPA flavor but finishes with an almost Sout-like dryness. If you aren't versed in other rye based liquors then picking out that rye flavor can be a little difficult. It comes and goes to me. Not a bad beer but Right Brain has better. The Table was lukewarm on this one.
